The cause of death of a skier at Squaw Valley yesterday was determined during an autopsy.

Charles Russell Johnson, III, died as a result of blunt force cranial cerebral trauma. A forensic autopsy was performed by the Placer County Sheriff Department’s Coroner’s Office. Johnson was 26 years old and was a resident of Truckee.
