Placer County Watershed Forum April 29th

 AUBURN -- Members of the public are invited to learn about ongoing activities in Placer County watersheds during a special evening forum on Thursday, April 29, at The Ridge Golf Club, 2020 Golf Course Road, Auburn.

 Hosted by Placer County Water Agency with support from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy, the event is part of PCWA’s continuing public outreach and brings together a number of organizations involved with active local programs focused on watershed health. 

 Forum participants include federal, state and local land management specialists from both the public and private sectors. Topics will illustrate current programs in watershed health, fuels management, and reduction of wildfire risk.
